Dave Francisco
Founding Partner

I started out as a general contractor in 1985 and received a postcard in the mail from Gutter Helmet asking if I was interested in being a local dealer for this amazing company. So, my father and I became involved in selling gutter protection and have been the local Gutter Helmet dealer for over 30 years. My son Travis has been working in the service department for over 20 years making us a 3-generation business. My other passion is farming and I continue to farm beans and corn on an annual basis.

Kevin Evancic
Founding Partner

I started out as an insurance adjustor, then became a general contractor specializing in insurance related damage. I noticed that many people with gutter protection products would cash out. But families with Gutter Helmet, their main concern was to make sure they were replaced. They loved their Gutter Helmet. That is why I became a customer over 28 years ago. I haven’t cleaned my gutters since. I am married to Jennifer and have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren and counting. I have been teaching 5th grade Sunday school at Carmel United Methodist church for over 20 years. I enjoy playing racquetball several times a week.

I’m a retired US army officer with 27 years of active duty. I’ve been married to my wife Karon for over 50 years. Karon and I have three grown children and 7 grandsons. I’ve been with Gutter Helmet for over 23 years. As much as I love my family, I do this job because I love my Gutter Helmet customers, I love helping them get off the ladder, I love helping them never clean their gutters again and most importantly, I love helping them save money.

Tom McCalley

He is the newest to our sales team but with his building and construction back ground he has hit the ground running. Literally, in Tom’s spare time he likes to run, play racquetball, challenge his friends in his weekly bridge club and calls Bingo monthly. He and his wife have 2 grown daughters and 3 grandchildren, who are very much the sparkle in their eyes. If you don’t know Tom personally, there is only 7 degrees from knowing him, as he seems to know everyone.

Since spending 20 years in the construction and home décor sector, becoming involved with Gutter Helmet was a natural fit. These last 7 years has provided many opportunities to help homeowners understand the long-term benefits of Gutter Helmet and how it can provide peace of mind to the dreaded gutter cleaning chore. Laura enjoys spending time with her 3 children and their rescue dog Piper. Laura’s interests include studying the bible, scrapbooking / photography and documenting all the many hours of sports her children have played.

Travis Milner
Certified Technician / Construction

Travis heads up our service department. With over 23 years of experience, he can identify and troubleshoot any issue a homeowner has. Our senior homeowner’s request him by name, he has quite the following and has received many baked goods as he does repairs. He loves being outside, you might even catch him wearing short sleeves and a vest on what most of us would consider a chilly day! He makes sure the installers have what they need to keep the jobs running smoothly! Travis enjoys hunting, league sports like ping pong and volleyball. When he’s not competing, he can be found at home with his beautiful wife Kimmy and daughters and the family dog Nina who they have nicknamed ‘the pig”.

Jarrod Jones
Certified Technician

Jarrod has been in the Gutter Helmet family since 2019. He is known for his outgoing, friendly demeanor and vast knowledge of the construction industry. Jarrod is always happy to lend a hand and make somebody’s day better. Outside of work, Jarrod enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, being outdoors, working on his truck, and spending time with his fiance, Jess, and their cat, Ugly.

Bill Cline
Certified Technician / Construction

Bill is lead construction Technician with Gutter Helmet. He has close to 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. Bill handles all the construction repairs that are caused by erosion and wood rot from clogged gutters. He sees all the bad effects from not having Gutter Helmet protections causes. He says his place is definitely in the construction field as he loves working with people! We often hear from customers that “he’s a hoot!” Bill does enjoy his work but also enjoys time off with his wife of too many years to count. Their dog completes the family. When the weather’s right, you may also see Bill tinkering with his cars.

Kimmy Milner
Shows & Events

Kimmy began her career as dental hygienist and continues to help people have the brightest smile. She joined the Gutter Helmet family August_ 2014 to head up the Events and Show department. She has always had a passion helping people and telling others about gutter helmet protection. She is married to Travis and has two daughters who are her pride and joy. In her free time Kimmy enjoys being with family, making people laugh and smile. She loves antiquing and flea market shopping and seems to find always find a bargain.

Sydney Evancic
Shows & Events

Sydney joined the Gutter Helmet family to do shows and event. She is very excited to bring the “No High Pressure Sales” to our show booths and just give the facts with her smile and her firsthand knowledge of “Never Having To Clean Gutters Again” She is the proud owner of Esco her DOG. Her favorite part about working Gutter Helmet is having the opportunity to provide your family with the information about America’s #1 choice in gutter protection.
